Membership
Membership in Nexus GPO is free. There are no subscription fees, hidden charges, or costs to participate at any time.
Rebate Calculation
Rebates are calculated based on qualifying material purchases made through approved supplier accounts. Nexus GPO retains an administrative spread from the total rebate negotiated on your behalf. The member rate is always clearly disclosed.
Payout Schedule
Rebates are distributed quarterly:
- Q1 (January–March) paid by April 15
- Q2 (April–June) paid by July 15
- Q3 (July–September) paid by October 15
- Q4 (October–December) paid by January 15
Delinquency
If a member account becomes delinquent with a supplier, rebates earned during that period are held in escrow until the balance is resolved. Nexus GPO is not responsible for supplier account balances.
Termination
Either party may terminate membership with 30 days written notice to support@nexusgpo.com.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
